Family members of the late 20-year-old Ayush Joshi filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against 26-year-old Fakir Muhammad Jaffrie. Joshi is one of four people killed in a Kane County car crash last year. The lawsuit seeks $50,000 and alleges Jaffrie failed to control his vehicle and was speeding. Three of Jaffrie's passengers died at the Sept. 18, 2007, scene. Another passenger died about a week later.
